Application: 4g to 400mls (2/3rds pint) water. Active ingredients: Vitamins A, D3, E, K, B12, C. Niacin, Pantothenic acid, Riboflavin, Thiamine, Pyridoxine, Folic acid, Choline Bitatrate and Biotin.
